David Doering is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with over 35 years of experience in the appraisal profession. He holds the ASA – Senior Accredited Appraiser and the IFA - Residential Appraiser Specialist designations of the American Society of Appraiser (ASA) is a Senior Instructor with the ASA and is AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and currently serves President of Missouri Property Appraisal, He Inc. In addition to taking specialized appraisal courses over the years, he holds a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri. 

 He is a Past National President of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and currently serves as a member of the ASA – NAIFA Real Property Committee and is Vice-Chair of the Real Property Education Committee and Chair of the Real Property Marketing Committee. He is a past member of the International Board of Governors of the American Society of Appraisers and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Appraisal Foundation. In addition, Doering is the President of the Missouri Appraisers Advisory Coalition which is the state appraiser advocacy coalition and is a Past Chair of the Missouri Realtors© Appraisal Section. 

 He has been a guest lecturer on real estate appraisal principles for business and real estate courses at Lincoln University as well has been fundamental in the development and presentation of numerous real estate appraisal qualifying education and continuing education courses and seminars. In 2018, Doering was named Appraiser of the Year by the ASA-NAIFA/Real Property Committee and the 2020 recipient of the American Society of Appraisers Paul A. Wetzel Award for volunteer service to the appraisal profession.

Robert “Bobby” Duff is a Missouri State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with more than 20 years of professional appraisal experience, based in our Jefferson City office. He specializes in residential, rural, and agricultural properties throughout Cole, Callaway, Boone, Audrain, and Moniteau counties, bringing a high level of geographic competence and market insight to every assignment.

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Systems Management with a minor in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri, providing a strong technical foundation for complex rural and land-influenced valuations. He is a VA Panel Appraiser and an ASA-NAIFA RP Designated Member, reflecting advanced training, professionalism, and a commitment to appraisal excellence.

Known for his accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to USPAP standards, Bobby works extensively with conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA lending programs and is a trusted valuation resource for lenders, appraisal management companies, and financial institutions across central Missouri.

Shane Weber, ASA, IFA is a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with over 20 years of experience providing accurate, geographically competent appraisals throughout Missouri’s West Central and State Fair regions, including Pettis and Johnson counties and surrounding areas. He holds the prestigious Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and Independent Fee Appraiser (IFA) designations, reflecting advanced education, professional excellence, and a strong commitment to valuation standards. Shane is known for his deep local market knowledge, analytical expertise, and reliable service, making him a trusted resource for lenders, attorneys, and property owners across central Missouri.

Wayne Stonestreet, MAI is a Missouri State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with more than 25 years of appraisal experience, based in Missouri Property Appraisal’s Lake Ozark office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Sciences with a major in Geography from the University of Missouri–Columbia and earned his General Appraiser certification in 2004. Wayne is a designated MAI member of the Appraisal Institute and brings extensive expertise across central and southwest Missouri, as well as the suburban St. Louis market. Wayne’s experience includes commercial, industrial, and complex valuation assignments, including small commercial properties, subdivision analysis, and projects requiring discounted cash flow analysis. He is known for his strong market insight, analytical rigor, and ability to deliver well-supported, defensible appraisal reports for lenders, attorneys, developers, and property owners.

Timothy Arnett is a State-Certified Residential Appraiser with Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc., serving MPA’s western coverage area, including Pettis, Johnson, Lafayette, Henry, Benton, Jackson, Cass, and Clay counties. A graduate of Central Missouri State University with a B.S. in Agriculture–Business, he brings strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of Missouri’s residential and rural markets. Timothy provides a full range of residential appraisal services — including FHA, VA, REO, review, relocation, and legal-service assignments — delivering accurate, timely, and geographically competent reports to lenders, attorneys, and property owners throughout the region.    

Ms. Blackford resides in the Mark Twain region, covering Adair, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Linn, Marion, Macon, Monroe, Ralls and Shelby counties . Ms. Blackford is a graduate of Moberly Area Community College, Moberly, Mo Associate of Applied Science, Marketing/Management and is an FHA approved real estate appraiser.

Janet Lyons is a Missouri State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with more than 30 years of experience, serving Pulaski and Laclede counties. An FHA- and VA-approved appraiser, she provides comprehensive residential valuation services including purchase, refinance, estate, tax appeal, and legal assignments. Joe Wilder is a State-Certified Residential Appraiser with Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc., serving the Springfield metro region, including Greene, Christian, Lawrence, and Webster Counties. Rusty Warning is the Director of Information Technology at Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc., responsible for overseeing the systems and technology that support MPA’s statewide operations. He manages IT support, software and hardware systems, data security, and communications platforms, ensuring appraisers and staff have reliable tools to work efficiently. Rusty also serves as the primary IT support contact, helping keep daily operations running smoothly across Missouri.

Christopher Taber is the Director of Client Relations at Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc., where he oversees client onboarding and serves as a liaison between MPA and its lending and appraisal management partners. His role includes coordinating onboarding requirements, supporting ongoing partner relationships, and leading the development of MPA’s website, digital presence, and client-facing print materials. Christopher focuses on clear communication, consistent branding, and thoughtful presentation to ensure clients have an informed, professional experience when working with MPA.

Amanda Hoffmeyer supports the financial and operational processes that help ensure a smooth experience for our clients. Working closely with our internal team and industry partners, Amanda assists with invoicing, documentation, and account coordination to keep appraisal orders moving efficiently. Her attention to detail and responsive approach help maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency throughout the appraisal process.

Melissa Clark works closely with our clients and appraisal team to help ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently. As part of our Order Coordination team, Melissa assists with order intake, scheduling, and communication, helping keep the appraisal process organized and on track. Her responsiveness and attention to detail help create a smooth, reliable experience for lenders, AMCs, and private clients alike.

Deanna Fraze plays a key role in supporting our clients and keeping appraisal orders moving smoothly from start to finish. As part of our Client Relations and Order Coordination team, Deanna works closely with lenders, AMCs, and appraisers to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and an overall seamless experience. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she helps make the appraisal process efficient, organized, and stress-free for our clients.
