Randy Herring

Having graduated from the Central Missouri School of Real Estate in 1978, Mr. Herring established an appraisal company in the city of Fulton, MO. Over 35 years later his company has grown to include over 10 offices, supporting a diverse staff of real estate appraisers throughout Missouri. Mr. Herring is commited to providing the highest quality real estate appraisal services and continues to perform real estate appraisals while overseeing the operations of Missouri Property Apprasial, Inc.

David Doering, IFA

With over 25 years of experience in the appraisal profession, David is a representative to the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance and serves on the Board of Directors of MAAC. In addition to taking specialized courses from the AIREA and NIAFA, he holds a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri. Mr. Doering is Vice-President of Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc.

Ms. Blackford resides in the Mark Twain region, covering Adair, Macon, Linn, Shelby, Monroe and Marion counties.
