About Janet

Janet Lyons brings over 30 years of appraisal experience to Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc. She began her career in 1987 and has been a state-certified residential appraiser in Missouri since 1992. Janet has also held appraisal licenses in Wisconsin and has a long-standing reputation for reliable, geographically competent residential valuations.

Janet is currently approved for both FHA and VA assignments and has appraised a wide range of residential properties across Pulaski and Laclede Counties. She is known for her attention to detail, deep market understanding, and a personable approach to every assignment.

Education & Continuing Development

Throughout her career, Janet has consistently maintained up-to-date appraisal knowledge through coursework on topics such as:
