With over 35 years of experience in the appraisal profession, David is one of two Real Property Governors on the International Board of Governors of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), is a representative to the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance and, serves as President of the Missouri Appraisers Advisory Council (MAAC). In addition to taking specialized courses from the AIREA (now Appraisal Institute) and NIAFA, he holds a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri and is an AQB certified USPAP instructor and is a Senior Instructor of the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Doering is President of Missouri Property Appraisal, Inc.
