Wayne Stonestreet, MAI

Mr. Stonestreet has been in the real estate profession for 20 years and has over 15 years appraisal experience. He earned a BA in Arts and Sciences, with a major in Geography from the Unitveristy of Missouri- Columbia in 1993. Beginning his career in real estate sales after college, Wayne became a licensed real estate agent with Gaslight Gundaker REALTORS in 1995, selling real estate at The Lake of the Ozarks. Wayne has since become a licensed appraiser, then earned his General Certification through the Missouri Real Estate Appraiser's Commission in 2004. Wayne is a MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute, member of the Bagnell Dam Area Board of REALTORS, the Greater Springfield Area Board of REALTORS as well as the state and national REALTOR associations.

Having worked from MPA's Lake Ozark office for over a decade, Wayne is experienced in most central and southwest Missouri markets, as well as the suburban St. Louis area. His experience includes small commercial properties, as well as complex commercial and industrial developments, and subdivision analysis requiring discounted cash flow techniques.
