Since 1979, we have been
providing quality appraisal products to our clients
on real estate properties throughout central and
eastern Missouri. We currently have over 40 appraisers
on staff ready to assist you. We cover the majority
of central and eastern Missouri, with expanding
coverage in the northeast, southwest and far western
counties adjacent to our current territory. We

10,000 and 12,000 appraisal reports per year,
which provides us with an extensive in-house collection
of comparable sales and cost data. We invite you

Missouri Property Appraisal
was founded in 1978 as an enhancement service
to Callaway Realty. As appraisal orders increased,
and new local and national clients were added,
the appraisal service gradually eclipsed real
estate sales as the firm's principal business.
In late 1985, David Doering was brought on as
a staff appraiser, and in early 1986 was made
a partner in the firm. Appraisal orders continued
to grow, and in 1987, the real estate sales company
was sold and the real estate appraisal company
was reformed as Callaway Appraisal Service. As
the growth of the company continued so has our
geographical service area. Subsequently, in July
of 1988, the company was incorporated as Missouri
Property Appraisal, Inc. in recognition of our
expanding area of geographical competence. Since
then, we have opened fifteen additional offices,
expanding our regular coverage area to all of
central and east-central Missouri. For details

We are EDI-capable, and can e-mail your appraisal
